At the age of 12, she joined the revolution, then became a student of Professor Hoang Nhu Mai at Inter-zone III.
She studied pedagogy in China. After graduating, she joined the artillery army.
After that, she applied for a job at the Vietnam Feature Film Studio and attended a training course for drama actors at the Central Drama Theater. In 1957 - 1958, she was selected by a Soviet expert Vassiliep to be a theater actor, she quickly became an excellent student. She returned to Vietnam Feature Film Studio as a voice actress for foreign films.
