Huynh Minh Chuc is a Vietnamese politician, he is known to have served as Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of Hau Giang province for the 2010-2015 term. Currently, Mr. Chau is a member of the Executive Committee and a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Hau Giang, Chief Delegation of the National Assembly of Hau Giang province.
In 1971, Mr. Huynh Minh Khac joined the army to join the forces of the Liberation Army of South Vietnam and directly participated in the fight against the American army.
On February 3, 1974, he was admitted to the Southern People's Revolutionary Party and officially joined the Party's ranks 1 year later.
Since 1975, he continued to work. serving in the Vietnam People's Army; here he participated in the war in Cambodia, then he was sent to study at the Military Academy. By his ability, he was appointed as the Commander of the Military Command of Hau Giang Province with the rank of Colonel.
On August 22, 2006, in an extraordinary meeting of the Provincial People's Council. Hau Giang, he was elected Chairman of the People's Committee of Hau Giang Province
Previously, the Party Committee of Hau Giang Province also elected him to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and National Assembly member and head of the delegation. Member of the National Assembly of Hau Giang Province.
On September 30, 2010, he was elected Secretary of the Hau Giang Provincial Party Committee; however, due to the matter of appointing Mr. Trinh Xuan Thanh as Vice Chairman of the Human Resources Committee People of Hau Giang province, in October 2015, before the end of his term as Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, he applied for his resignation from the position of Provincial Party Secretary and was approved by the Politburo. Along with that, he was also disciplined in the form of a warning from the Central Inspection Committee for violating the principles, processes, and regulations on staff work and working regulations of the Executive Board. Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee because he was the one who directly proposed and received Trinh Xuan Thanh from the Ministry of Industry and Trade to Hau Giang province to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and join the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.
