The plays that have made an impression on the audience include: Thai Binh Princess (aka Vo Tac Thien), Thanh Xa – Bach Xa, Luong Son Ba - Chuc Anh Dai, Trial of Phi Giao and Giang Son My Nhan (aka Tay Thi), Love Story of Duong Qui Phi...
Since 2001, artist Vu Luan has temporarily stopped all singing and acting activities. He returned to manage a theater unit Tran Huu Trang and tried his hand at the role boss.
Not only acting as a double and Cai Luong actress, Vu Luan also opened a company specializing in music records.
Currently, he is the head of the artistic direction of the socialization troupe performing regularly at Hoan Vu stage (Le Thi Rieng Park, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City).

• In 2007, Vu Luan received the Golden Mai Award voted by readers of Nguoi Lao Dong newspaper, for the role of Le Quyet in the play Troi Nam.
• Medal gold medal (gold) for excellence in the Tran Huu Trang gold medal contest.
