Sing My Song program consists of 4 rounds: Preliminary Round, Recording Round, Composing & Competing Round, Liveshow Round.

Preliminary Round

Candidates who register for the program will send their documents and songs to register for the online contest and the organizers will select the best songs to enter the contest. Recording.

Recording Round

In this round, the contestants will officially perform their songs, while the four coaches will not be able to perform. watch the contestant's performance live without being blocked by a large screen that plays the lyrics. If any coach feels satisfied with the content and melody of the song, they will push the red lever in front of them to receive the recording of the song being performed, and immediately the screen in front of that coach will be lowered. .

When the contestant's performance is over, all screens will be lowered for the judges and contestants to interact. In the event that two or more judges choose the same contestant, the judges who choose will have to compete for the contestant, and of course the final decision belongs to the contestant. The format of this exam is similar to the Hidden Face round of the Vietnamese Voice program. At the end of the Recording Round, 32 contestants' performances will be selected by 4 teams of 4 coaches, 8 contestants each. In case there are no registered candidates but a coach still lacks songs, the program will organize an extra round. The coaches will agree on a song they want to listen to again. In this round, the coach who has found a sufficient number of songs will no longer be covered by the screen, but can comfortably enjoy the contestants' performance, of course, this also means that they have no chance. be pushed to select again. The extra round ends as soon as all the coaches have selected enough songs.

Composing & Competing Round

Each coach will come up with a theme for the team album. me. 8 contestants of each team will be divided into 4 pairs by lottery, each pair has 2 contestants who will compose according to the common theme of the album and live together in a separate room within 24 hours (including dinner time). or lunch). After 24 hours, all 8 contestants will take turns to perform a demo of the song for the coach and mentor. Each team will have 1 guest as a music consultant who will work with the coach to help the contestants on how to best perform their song. The coach will choose a representative from each pair who will definitely have the opportunity to continue to the Competition round to perform the newly composed song in front of all the coaches and professional committees. In the remaining 4 contestants, the special advisor will select 1 more contestant to join the Competition round. At the end of the Composing round, each team has 5 contestants to advance and 3 contestants to be eliminated.

In the Competition round, 5 contestants from each team will perform in front of a panel of experts and coaches. . The expert panel of 31 people will score directly according to the vote after each contestant's performance. At the end of all 5 performances of a coach team, the remaining 3 coaches will assign 3 unique points of each person for the 1 part that they feel most satisfied. The contestant who receives the highest total score will definitely enter the Liveshow round. The coach of the team will choose 1 of the remaining 4 contestants to perform in the Liveshow round. At the end of the Competition round, there are 2 contestants left in each team and 3 contestants eliminated.

When each composition is presented, the voting station will be opened, and so on until the last performance. The 2 contestants who receive the highest total votes from the audience in both turns will enter the 2nd round and be voted directly by 31 judges and experts or media representatives, divided into 5 votes, each the turn has 5 people, the last turn is 6 people. The contestant who gets 16 votes first will become the Champion of the first Best Song season.^[4]
