Loc Van Trong is a hero of the Vietnam War and a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam. He used to hold the position of deputy platoon driver of a car under the Transport Department, the General Department of Logistics.
Before the August Revolution, he was forced to join the army. He went to France to learn to drive, in 1945 when he heard the news of our country.
