Who is Professor Nguyen Khanh Toan?
Professor, academician Nguyen Khanh Toan is a person who has contributed to the construction of Education and Science in Vietnam from 1945-1982. He is an Alternate Member of the 3rd Party Central Committee, a member of the 2nd and 3rd National Assembly, and Chairman of the Council for Directing Research, Translation and Publishing of Dai Viet History. He was a member of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR and the Academy of Sciences of the German Democratic Republic. He is considered the soul of the first and second educational reform. He was also the first person to request the research "Thought Ho Chi Minh".

In 1926, he became the director and editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Le Nha Rural". After the first issue of "Le Nha Home" was published, Nguyen Khanh Toan was imprisoned by the governor of Cochinchina. In 1927, he was given a suspended sentence. During this time, he was invited by lawyer Phan Van Truong to become the editor of L' newspaper. An Nam. In 1928, he applied to the Governor of Trung Ky to study in France. In 1929, he was introduced by the French Communist Party to study at the Soviet Party School. In 1930, he returned to work as a student in history at the Eastern University (Soviet Union), and received a doctorate in History there. After that, he was appointed by the Comintern as Deputy Director of the Indochina Committee for his active contributions. In 1939, he was active in the Communist group of Vietnam in Dien An, China, and at the same time taught at the Faculty of History. world revolution and the Russian Faculty here with the alias Hoang Chinh Quang. In 1946, Nguyen Khanh Toan was appointed to the position of Deputy Minister of Education and was appointed Vice Chairman of the State Scientific Committee in 1960.
