Super Junior is a famous K-Pop boy group with a record number of 13 members. Super Junior is famous all over the world thanks to the song "Sorry Sorry". Up to now, the group has released more than 20 albums and led album sales for 3 consecutive years in the land of kimchi. Super Junior is also the most popular Korean group in the Philippines with 3 times won the Gold Disc certification in this country.

At the beginning of 2005, Lee Soo-man the founder of SM Entertainment announced that he was preparing to release debuting a 12-member group at the end of the year. The group was originally called SM Junior because the members were very young when they joined SM Entertainment. After that, Lee So-man changed the group's name to Super Junior 05. The group had an introduction on September 11, 2005 on Mnet.
On November 6, 2005, Super Junior officially debuted in the program Inkigayo on the KBS channel.
