Comedian known for her critique of social and political issues. In 2002, she founded a clothing line with friend and fashion designer Ava Stander called High Class Cho. Her 2010 comedy album "For Dependent" was nominated for the 2011 Grammy Award for Best Comedy Album.
She had a role in the HBO hits for Sex and the City and the action movies Face/Off.

She is bisexual and came out after same-sex marriage became legal in California in May 2008, she was deputized by the city of San Francisco to perform that marriage. She married Al Ridenour, an artist involved in the production of the Cacophony Society and the Art of Bleeding, in 2003 and earlier on Quentin Tarantino.
