In addition, he is also an economic analyst, a regular TV personality and host of CNBC's The Kudlow Report. Raised in New Jersey, Kudlow attended the Elisabeth Morrow School in Englewood, New Jersey, then he attended the Dwight-Englewood School and graduated from the University of Rochester in Rochester, New York in 1969. In 1971, Kudlow continued. attended Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs where he studied politics and economics and completed a master's degree.
Kudlow began her career as a staff economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York responsible for handling open market operations. He also served as deputy director of economics and planning at OMB, the home loan advisory board.
Since 1987, he has been an economic advisor for AB Laffer & Associates in California and a member. of the board of directors of the economic organization Empower America that later became FreedomWorks. Kudlow is also the chief economic advisor for American Skandia Life Assurance, Inc. , in Connecticut - a subsidiary of the insurance group Prudential Financial.

Kudlow was born into a Jewish family, the son of Ruth (née and Irving Howard Kudlow. He had three marriages: his first to the editor of New Yorker Magazine - Nancy Ellen Gerstein in 1974. However, this marriage lasted only 1 year.In 1981, he married Susan (Cullman) Sicher then in 1986 he married Judith "Judy" Pond - a Montana native and painter.
