Young / Before famous

  • When he was seven years old, his father died, his mother sent him out Hai Phong to live with her sister's family, He attended primary school at Bonnal School.
  • He started participating in patriotic activities of young students in Hai Phong in 1930.
  • In 1932, he obtained a diploma and a diploma. He also started learning Chinese characters.
  • He worked as a secretary of the Doan (Tax) family in Hai Phong in 1935, then returned to Hanoi.

He is also a cultural representative of national salvation, helping to edit the newspapers Co Giai Phong and Tien Phong. After that, he held the position of Secretary General of the Central Committee for Advocacy for New Life. After the success of the August Revolution, Nguyen Huy Tuong became the key leader of the National Salvation Cultural Association.
  • Nguyen Huy Tuong was a member of the 1st National Assembly in 1946. April 1946, the play His play Bac Son was performed at the Hanoi Opera House to great success. In July, he was elected as Deputy Secretary of the Vietnam National Salvation Culture Association. In December 1946, during the nationwide resistance war, he organized and brought the Resistance Cultural Delegation to Viet Bac. Continuing cultural activities, he was a member of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Association of Arts and Culture, then secretary of the editorial office of the Magazine of Culture and Arts and joined the Subcommittee on Arts and Culture of the Party Central Committee.

  • Peace was restored in 1954. He was a member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Writers Association, term 1.
