MC Ngo Mai Phuong

Ngo Mai Phuong graduated from university. University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. In 2016, she won the 1st runner-up prize in the Charming Vietnamese female student contest. In 2018, she took on the role of judge in the northern region's preliminary round of the Graceful Vietnamese female student contest. Appearing for the second time at the Charming Vietnamese female student contest, Ngo Mai Phuong attracts attention with her gentle, feminine beauty of Vietnam. Especially her bright, natural and very gentle smile makes her even more attractive. In the process of working, she shared her experience with the contestants in the contest to help young people gain more confidence to shine.

Few people know that Ngo Mai Phuong used to be was very thin at times. She is 1m65 tall but weighs only 43kg. It can be said that at that time her body was like a rope. After that, she decided to practice to change herself. Every week, she goes to the gym at least 3-4 times a week. In addition to exercise, she combines with a scientific diet, not too strict, mainly limiting fat and starch. In particular, she drinks more water, drinking 2-3 liters of water every day. Thanks to that, her facial skin also became more beautiful. Besides combining a regular diet and exercise routine, she also keeps her spirits up. She is always positive and full of energy. Ngo Mai Phuong's principle is to accept negativity as a part of life, learn from mistakes. She maintains the habit of listening to happy music every morning to keep her spirit happy and full of energy.

As an MC, she really understands the need to take care of her appearance. She always asks herself to be the most perfect when appearing in front of the audience. In her daily life, she also doesn't want to hear people talk about her appearance outside and on television.
