Happy Hill Dalat currently operates under the model of a coffee shop combined with a film studio, bringing a diverse experience to visitors. With an entrance ticket price of about 100,000 VND per person, including a drink, this place has become a familiar destination for many young people who love taking photos and exploring.

According to the content of the clip, a representative of a group of about 45 people expressed dissatisfaction saying that the shop owner just passed by without actively interacting. They said that the purpose of coming to the shop is not only to drink coffee but also to interact directly with famous online personalities.

In response to this reaction, Kim Huong explained that she had never committed to going to each table to chat with all guests. She believes that communication depends on circumstances and natural interactions, because she is just an ordinary person with limited time and energy.

In the face of a wave of controversy, on the evening of April 14, Kim Huong posted a public apology video.
