Who is Painter Quang Huan?
Tran Quang Huan is a famous painter. He has had many paintings winning awards at national and international painting competitions. He is a member of the Vietnam Fine Arts Association and a member of the Fine Arts Association Hai Phong. In 2006, he was awarded the Medal "For the cause of Vietnam Fine Arts".
