With a special passion for art especially acting, Phuong Dung chose to enter the School of Theater and Cinema and followed the acting profession from there.
Right after graduating from school, Phuong Dung was fortunate to be recruited by People's Artist Kim Cuong to join her theater troupe. Just returned to the group, Phuong Dung was favored by Meritorious Artist Thanh Tri for a heavy role in the play "The Last Storm" and from the role she quickly shone.
