Quy Binh's journey to art
In 2001, after graduating from high school, Quy Binh joined the army. However, the dream of becoming an actor always burned within him. After a year of serving in the army, he determined to apply to the College of Theater and Cinema. Luck smiled when he was admitted, becoming the only student wearing a soldier's uniform in his first year.
During his time studying, while many of his friends took advantage of running shows, Quy Binh diligently cultivated his knowledge of music and cinema. His seriousness and passion were rewarded when he was chosen to play the role of Khai in the movie "Female Doctor". With a bright face and immersive acting ability, Quy Binh has left a deep impression in the hearts of the audience.
Imprints in acting career
In 2008, Quy Binh made his mark with his role in the movie "Advertising Company Love Story". That same year, he had the opportunity to participate in the casting for a movie by an American director, based on the work of writer Bao Ninh. Despite going through many rounds of auditions and being chosen to play the main role, the project was canceled, leaving Quy Binh with great regret.
In 2009, he won the Gold Medal at the Hanoi Experimental Theater Festival for his role in the play "Dark Aura". In 2011, Quy Binh continued to put his name on the list of favorite artists when receiving the "Most Favorite Artist" award at the HTV Television Awards.
In 2012, he began to enter cinema with the movie "Passion" by director Phi Tien Son and then "Race Track" by director Khac Huy. These roles have helped Quy Binh affirm his position in the Vietnamese film industry.
On October 13, 2015, actor Quy Binh participated in the show Mysterious Wall episode 24 as a team member. He and Khanh Hoang, Lam Ngoc Hoa and Nhu Trang participate in exciting challenges and confront rival teams.
On August 1, 2016, actor Quy Binh was crowned the Champion of the show Love Bolero 2016 after overcoming three strong opponents in the final night. With an impressive performance and emotional voice, he received 9.75 points in the deciding part and achieved a total of 79.75 points after the competition rounds. This achievement helps Quy Binh become the winner of the season, and also affirms his singing talent in addition to his acting career, which has left many marks in the hearts of the audience.
Episode 1 of the program Happy Spring with Bolero , broadcast on the evening of the 4th day of Tet (February 19, 2018), brought a bustling spring atmosphere with the participation of famous artists. In this opening episode, actor Quy Binh takes on the role of captain of the Tet Cannon team , leading two members is singer Lam Ngoc Hoa and Bang Cuong . Their opponent is the Sac Xuan team with the participation of Minh Luan, To My and To Ny.
On October 13, 2015, Quy Binh appeared in the show Mysterious Wall - Episode 24, playing in the same team as Lam Khanh Chi, Chau Gia Kiet.
On February 21, 2019, actor Quy Binh participated in the TV series Red Apple Tea (Part 1) made by director Vo Viet Hung. In the film, he takes on the role of Vo Hieu - a central character with an eventful fate and plays an important role in the development of the story.
