Poet Le Quang Trang is from Van An commune, Yen Phong district, Bac Ninh province. He graduated from the Faculty of Literature, Hanoi University in 1970.
He was former Chairman of the Council for Critical Theories VI-VII (2000-2010), Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Writers Association, term. VIII (2010-2015); Chairman of the City Writers Association. Ho Chi Minh City, term VI (2010-2015).
He currently lives and works in Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City.
Le Quang Trang was originally a journalist, wrote poetry and wrote critical theories at the Liberation Arts Association since the early 1970s in the Southern battlefield. Later, when he worked at the newspapers Van Nghe Giai Phong, Van Nghe, Nhan Dan, Dai Doan Ket, he remained faithful to these two genres. He used to be the head of the People's Sunday weekly newspaper, the editor-in-chief of Dai Doan Ket newspaper.
