Oleksandr Turchynov full name is Oleksandr Valentynovych Turchynov, he is known as a senior politician, economist of Ukraine, besides he is also famous as a talented screenwriter. Oleksandr Turchynov studied at the Dnipropetrovsk Metallurgical Institute until 1986, he graduated and worked at a large Ukrainian steel factory in Kryvorizhstal. From 1987 to 1990, he worked in the propaganda department of the Dnipropetrovsk Communist Solidarity Committee and became a political consultant. In 1992, he moved with his teammates to Kiev and he was appointed as an adviser on economic affairs to Prime Minister Kuchma
In December 1993, he, together with the politician Yulia Tymoshenko, created the established the Union of Industry and Entrepreneurs of Ukraine and assumed the position of Vice President. In 1994, he co-founded the Hromada political party and served as director of the Institute of Economic Reform until the end of March 1998; he then assumed the post of director of the Crisis Economics Research Laboratory of the National Academy of Sciences
Also in 1998 he was elected as an MP in Hromada however he left the Union party. after being entangled in a scandal. In 2002 and 2006, he was re-elected to the National Assembly. On 4 February 2005, he was appointed and the first civilian head of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU).
In December 2009, during the 2010 presidential election campaign of Ukraine he accused President Viktor Yushchenko and opposition leader Viktor Yanukovych of trying to overthrow the Tymoshenko government. Then from December 2009 to March 2010, he was an advisor in the cabinet of the ministers of Ukraine
On March 4, 2010, he was empowered to act as Prime Minister until when forming a new government after the fall of the Second Tymoshenko Government. In 2012, he was re-elected to the National Assembly and entered the party list "Fatherland"; On February 22, 2014, he was elected chairman of the board of directors of Verkhovna Rada and as president of Ukraine on February 23, 2014. Then, on February 25, he became leader. of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (presidential power).
On September 10, 2014, Turchynov became a founding member of the New People's Front
until December 16, 2014, President Poroshenko appointed him Secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine.
