Vo Thi Anh Xuan is a Vietnamese politician. She is currently the Vice President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, a member of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and a member of the 15th National Assembly of An Giang Province. She is currently the youngest Vice President in Vietnamese political history. And once held the position of President from January 18, 2023 - March 2, 2023, after Nguyen Xuan Phuc resigns until the National Assembly elects Mr. new president of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Mrs. Vo Thi Anh Xuan holds a Bachelor of Chemistry Pedagogy, a Bachelor of Politics, and a Master of Public Administration. She started her career as a teacher at My Hoi High School, Long Xuyen town, An Giang. On December 20, 1994, she was officially admitted to the Party and became an official member one year later.

In August 1996, Ms. Xuan became a general researcher. Office of the Provincial Party Committee of An Giang. Five years later, she held the position of Vice President, Standing Committee member, Chairwoman of An Giang Provincial Women's Union. From December 2005 to October 2010, she was a member of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of An Giang province. In January 2011, she was elected as an alternate member of the Central Committee of the Party. After that, she was elected to the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of An Giang Province, and then held the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee. An Giang in December 2013.

On April 6, 2021, at the 14th National Assembly session, the National Assembly of Vietnam passed a resolution to elect Ms. Vo Thi Anh Xuan as Vice President of the State. Socialist Republic of Vietnam. In May 2021, she continued to run for the 15th National Assembly in An Giang province and was elected with a very high number of votes. On June 4, 2021, she was approved by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh Decision No. 855/QD-TTg, appointing her as the First Vice Chairman of the Central Committee for Emulation and Commendation.
