The accident took Hugh Herr's legs but did not stop him from conquering the heights. Hugh Herr is looking for medical experts to collaborate with, researching and building smart prostheses.
Hugh Herr graduated in physics from Millersville University, received a master's degree in mechanical engineering from MIT and a doctorate. biophysicist at Harvard University.
