On average, it takes Mr. Luong 6 seconds to change the score of a test. Checking Mr. Luong's phone, he saw many related messages and based on that, he entered the registration number into the computer. The members of the Council basically did not understand the process and related operations, so he let Mr. Luong pass without even knowing it. Mr. Vu Trong Luong's computer at the time of the verification organization still stored the test score data of 2017. Mr. Vu Trong Luong voluntarily transferred the computer with all the data of 2017 and 2018 to the working group to bring. about the Ministry of Education and Training.
