Han Huyen (full name Han Thi Huyen) is the wife of tycoon Hac Ngoc Hai - a famous figure in the real estate investment world in Thanh Hoa and the Northern coastal area. She and her husband own a chain of high-end hotels under the Central brand in the city centers of Thanh Hoa and Ha Long.
Central Hotel officially opened in Thanh Hoa in 2017 with 18 floors, 205 rooms, restaurant system, 1,000-seat meeting room and many high-end amenities. This is the first 5-star hotel in Thanh Hoa City.
Central Hotel Quang Ninh project (also known as Central Luxury Ha Long) is located in Bai Chay ward - an area considered the busiest in tourism development planning along the bay. Central Quang Ninh Hotel includes 234 rooms overlooking the sea with modern furniture, a rooftop swimming pool and providing international standard accommodation services. The project is licensed by Quang Ninh province with a total investment of approximately 400 billion VND, deployed on an area of more than 2,400 square meters.
