The Traffic Police Department of the Police Khanh Hoa province said: "Around 0:00 on August 30, Mr. Nguyen Van Ut (also known as "Ut Lui", 48 years old, residing in Hoc Mon commune, Ho Chi Minh City) was riding a large distributed motorcycle brand Kawasaki ZX10R, license plate number 59A3-052. xx on Highway 1 in the South - North direction when reaching km1450+100 (passing through North Nha Trang ward) due to not paying attention and observing, he caused an accident." The accident caused Mr. Ut to die on the spot. Mr. Ut's body was then handed over by the authorities to his family to handle the funeral. His unexpected passing left great regret for his family, friends as well as the entire speed enthusiast community.
