In 2018, he officially established Hallelu Chocolate with the goal of enhancing the value of domestic cocoa beans and creating products with a Vietnamese imprint. Instead of depending entirely on imported lines, he participates in research, improvement and development of a number of equipment to serve the production process. Mastering technology helps brands proactively control quality, flexibly adjust formulas and optimize long-term operating costs.
Under the management of Nguyen Hong Huy, Hallelu Chocolate focuses on product lines of dark chocolate with high cocoa content, milk chocolate and products incorporating dried fruits.
