He has participated in many reality TV shows such as: 360 Magazine, You have talent, The family of amateurs... Recently, he participated in the talk show One Thousand and One Tales.
In 2005, Vu Quoc Viet won the VTV award for the song I love for the 3rd time with the song "For you and me".

When he was 15 years old, he was in a car accident that resulted in a coma. After two months of treatment, he regained consciousness and gradually recovered. Because of being hospitalized, his study work was interrupted, making his life more disordered since then.
At the age of 20, Vu Quoc Viet entered TP. Ho Chi Minh, studied and graduated from the Faculty of Literature, College of Pedagogy & Linguistics Research, and then continued to study at the Faculty of Theory - Composition - Conduct at the Conservatory of Music.
