Writer Hoang Van Bon real name is Huynh Van Ban, born in Long Chien hamlet, Binh Long commune, Tan Uyen district, Bien Hoa province (now Vinh Cuu district, Dong Nai province).
He is a founding member. Vietnam Writers Association; Former Chairman of the Provincial Literature and Art Association Dong Nai; Former Director of Dong Nai Publishing House.
Hoang Van Bon participated in the resistance war in August 1945, he was a typical writer of two resistance wars against the French and against the US; was a great writer of Dong Nai - Southern Vietnam.
He died on May 12, 2006. His name was given to a street in Tan Bien ward, City. Bien Hoa.
