- In primary school, he studied in the liberated area (Nui Dai, That Son), then moved to the area temporarily occupied by the enemy in Ba Chuc commune in 1964, attended Thu Khoa Nghia high school in Chau Doc province.
- He returned to his hometown to participate in the 1975 revolution and work in the Youth Union.
- During the Southwest border war, he joined the army. Here, he worked as a Platoon Leader, then as Company Deputy, Political Assistant D5 AG, joined the volunteer army on the Cambodian battlefield...
- Since August 2000, he moved to Vietnam. branch, and worked as the Director of the District Center for Culture, Information, and Sports, Head of the Tri Ton District Radio Station.
