Ever since he was sitting in the lecture hall of the Academy of Journalism and Communication, Cao Oanh soon nurtured his dream of becoming a professional journalist. When her friends were still struggling with theory, the young girl began to find a way to realize her dream by saving to buy her first camera to practice photography.

From the first days when he was still clumsy with a camera, Cao Oanh has been tinkering and learning through test shoots and field trips with his seniors. Her passion for light, composition, and human emotions inspired her to pursue the path of photojournalism - a field full of challenges but also containing many opportunities to shine.

For her, "Youth is a dream, trying and contributing more" - a saying that has become a motto for living and working throughout her career.

From student to professional photojournalist

After graduating, Cao Oanh officially joined Dan Viet electronic newspaper - one of the press agencies with a large readership in Vietnam. Here, she took on the role of photojournalist at Dan Viet Digital Television Center, a gathering place for young people who are passionate about creativity and devoted to their profession.

In her first days of work, she faced many difficulties: from running news in many locations, constantly moving, to being under time pressure to promptly convey hot information to readers. But those challenges have helped her become more mature, more courageous, and deeply attached to journalism.

Not only does she record images, she also actively writes news, articles, and produces videos. This multitasking way of working helps Cao Oanh expand her professional skills, meeting modern multimedia journalism trends.

Imprint in the sports segment

For many years of work, reporter Cao Oanh is best known for her sports photos. From national stadiums to local tournaments, she is always there at the right time to capture precious moments - from the victorious smiles of players to the disappointed tears of fans.

One of her memorable memories is when working in a V-League match, where a fan had an incident of burns. She quickly recorded the scene, promptly sent news and photos to the editorial office, contributing to helping public opinion understand the situation and spreading the spirit of sharing and social responsibility in sports.

It is that acumen, professionalism and dedication that has helped Cao Oanh become a face loved by colleagues and audiences. Her photos often appear in sports columns and are widely shared on social networks, proving the heart and vision in each frame.
