Le Van Phich is a hero of the Vietnam War and a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam. He used to hold the position of platoon vice-captain of the local army's engineering company in Ben Tre province.
Le Van Phich attended the local revolutionary movement when he was 15 years old. 17 years old guerrilla.
