His second scientific film was "Rice blast disease", which was only 10 minutes short, but conveyed enough important information to the audience. people. After that, he continuously released many other science films such as: Traffic accident warning, Don't belittle, Childhood in the heart of other cooperation. In which, the film "Childhood in the heart of cooperation" won the Press Film Festival in Poland in 1971. The film "Pesticide" excellently won two Golden Lotus awards for Best Film and Director. At the first Vietnam Film Festival in 1970.
Over 40 years in the profession, People's Artist Luong Duc has staged over 50 scientific films, 7 documentaries and 4 episodes of Belgian video stories. People's Artist Luong Duc is considered to be the one who created the first foundation for the "artization" of science films in Vietnam to match the development trend of scientific films in the world.
In 1997, People's Artist Luong Duc was conferred the title of People's Artist by the state.

In 1954, while still in high school, People's Artist Luong Duc was famous for his intelligence and hard work, and won a scholarship to the school. Also in this year, he was one of the students selected to go to China to study the cadet in Vietnam.

He was sent to Potsdam to study. But that year, the industry "Filming ran out of quota", so Luong Duc was transferred to study engineering for technical training. After graduating, Luong Duc decided to return to his homeland, ignoring the job offer in Germany.
He graduated in cinematography in Germany. After graduating, he returned to his country and worked as a film instructor for the three faction government of the Kingdom of Laos.

In 1960, he married a German daughter, who was the niece of the foreign minister in Germany at the time. He and his wife had two children, Ina and Nguyen Thu Nguyet. But in 19766, he and his wife divorced.
At the end of 1977, People's Artist Luong Duc returned to Vietnam and got married with a Vietnamese daughter, he and his wife gave birth to a daughter.
