Te Hanh's real name is Tran Te Hanh, he is a famous Vietnamese poet. He started composing in 1938, his first poem was "School holidays". In 1939, poet Te Hanh's collection of poems "Choked" won the consolation prize of the Tu Luc Van Doan group. He is a famous poet with many good compositions, famous for writing about his homeland, typically Remembering the hometown river, Homeland, Face of the homeland.
In 1941, authors Hoai Thanh and Hoai Chan introduced poet Te Hanh and his works (Homeland, Vanity, Words of the Country Road, Longing) in the book Vietnamese Poets.
After 1954, Te Hanh's poems were his thoughts and feelings for his homeland in the South, with his burning will to fight and his desire for peace for the country. During this period, Te Hanh composed non-stop, he continuously released many poetry collections such as: Heart of the South, To the North, Sound of Waves, Road and River, Two halves of love, I'm waiting for you.
Poet Te Hanh also translated many works of great poets in the world, wrote literary criticism essays and composed children's poetry.
In the 80s, Te Hanh suffered from eye pain, poor eyesight, and went blind. After that, he was gradually paralyzed, after more than 10 years bedridden due to cerebral hemorrhage, he died at 12 o'clock on July 16, 2009 in Hanoi.

At the age of 15, he graduated from Khai Dinh School, which is the current Quoc Hoc Hue School.
In August 1945, Te Hanh joined the Viet Minh. He worked in culture and education in Thua Thien Hue province and Da Nang.
After the revolution. a successful August, he became an Education Commissioner in the interim committee Da Nang city
He is a member Member of the Board of Directors of the Inter-zone V Culture Association from 1949-1954.
After the Geneva Agreement, 1954, Te Hanh moved to the North. He worked at the Arts Association. In 1957, the Vietnam Writers Association was established. Te Hanh joined the Editorial Board of the weekly Van newspaper of the Association, and for many years he was also an Executive Member and Standing Committee of the association.
