After joining the army, he moved to Viet Bac Arts and Culture magazine, then took on the following jobs: editor of National Culture Publishing House; Deputy Director of Northern Department of Culture and Sports Thai Thai Nguyen; Chairman of Thai Nguyen Culture and Arts Association; Secretary of the Party Committee of Thai Nguyen Arts and Culture Newspaper Association.
