Tang Yinquan is a Hong Kong-Chinese politician. From 2005-2012, he was the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. He was elected the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region on June 16, 2005. On June 21, 2005, he was approved by the Government of the People's Republic of China.
