Singer Stingg - Ly Minh Triet profile

Who is Singer Stingg - Ly Minh Triet?
STINGG's real name is Ly Minh Triet, a young male singer who is receiving attention when constantly appearing at music venues such as Almighty Rookie, The Next Artist 2026 and The New Gene 2026. Possessing a bright stage appearance, energetic performance style and unique voice, the boy born in 2001 is gradually making his mark on the journey to conquer the audience.
The passion for music came to Ly Minh Triet quite early. As a child, the performances of his favorite famous singers left a deep impression. The lights, sounds, atmosphere of the stage and the moment the artist stood in front of thousands of audiences made him always dream that one day he could also stand in that position. From an initial love, singing gradually became a goal that the young man wanted to seriously pursue.

However, his path to art was not entirely smooth. During his four years in college, his family did not agree when Minh Triet chose the singing path. Instead of giving up his passion, Minh Triet decided to strongly express his desire to do what he really loves. His determination gradually changed his family's thinking and eventually became a fulcrum for him to enter the artistic path.

An important milestone in that journey was Minh Triet passing the entrance exam to the College of Culture and Arts. This is considered the official first step for him to get closer to his dream of becoming a singer. Family is also the biggest inspiration that helps Minh Triet not to give up. Besides his family, the music of artists he admires also has a significant influence on his professional thinking. Among them, Son Tung M-TP is one of the strongest inspirations for Minh Triet. He said he has followed and supported Son Tung for more than 10 years. What impressed him was not only the music but also the male singer's development process, desire, passion and serious attitude towards his profession. In recent years, Minh Triet has also found inspiration from SOOBIN and HIEUTHUHAI, especially in the spirit of serious work, dedication to music and efforts to create a personal mark.

During its activities, STINGG continuously looks for opportunities to try and improve itself. Participating in Almighty Rookie, The Next Artist 2026 and The New Gene 2026 helps him gain more experience in a competitive environment, and has the opportunity to demonstrate his abilities in front of audiences and professionals. Each playground is a time for the male singer to challenge himself, gain experience and discover new limits in his performance ability.

In parallel with the competitions, he also gradually built his own musical path with personal products. He has released 6 songs including: I'm Drunk (2023), Maybe and Maybe I'll Forget (2024), Maybe I'm in Love (2025), and Shouldn't Be Me and Lady. These products partly show the diversity in musical colors as well as the young male singer's process of finding his own identity.

STINGG chooses for himself a variety of R&B, Alternative Rock and Pop Ballad music. Instead of limiting himself to a single genre, he wants to experiment with many different materials to find the color that best suits his personality and voice. He not only wants to focus on his singing ability but also aims to master the stage, create energetic performances and bring positive emotions to viewers. For a young artist, this is an orientation that requires a long process of training, from voice, performance style to the ability to connect with the audience.

In the near future, a project that fans are waiting for is "Don't Call Me", scheduled to be released in December, which is also his birthday. This is considered a gift that the male singer wants to send to the audience who have always loved and supported him during the past time. In particular, the song is performed in the Alternative Rock style, promising to bring a completely new image of STINGG compared to what the audience has ever seen. Choosing Alternative Rock for this project shows Ly Minh Triet's spirit of wanting to experiment and renew himself. If previous products helped the audience gradually identify the color of his music, "Don't Call Me" is expected to be a notable step forward, opening up a direction of stronger and more personal expression.
