Who is Directors Huynh Nga?
Director Huynh Nga's full name is Huynh Van Thach, he is the one who choreographed many famous Cai Luong plays. He was conferred the title of People's Artist by the Vietnamese government.
In 1973, after graduating from a director's training course in Romania, director Huynh Nga returned home to stage his first play called "" From Truong Son "for the Hanoi Drama Troupe. After that, he made a second play, "Tanhia", which was quite successful and made a great impression on the public.

In 1957, People's Artist Huynh Nga was one of eight artists who founded the Southern Drama Troupe, which formed the cradle of Southern theater in the North. In addition, director Huynh Nga is also involved in teaching and training future directors.
At the end of 2012, People's Artist Huynh Nga was hospitalized in a state of digestive disorders and then changed to a state of being unable to control personal hygiene. He was diagnosed with rectal cancer. After a period of treatment at the hospital, in mid-2013, he was surgically removed for rectal cancer. Since then, his illness has made him more and more depressed.
Faced with the illness of People's Artist Huynh Nga, in April 2014, a musical night was held in his honor with the participation of artists from many famous artists such as: Ngoc Giau, Bach Tuyet, Hung Minh, Minh Vuong, Bao Quoc, Hong To ..

At the age of 13.14, Huynh Nga participated in the revolution and worked in the Dong Thap Muoi area with clerical and communication work at the Political Propaganda Department of Military Region 8. He also had time to prepare papers and mix colors. for People's Artist - painter Hoang Tuyen.
In 1954, he gathered to the North. In 1956, he joined the Southern Cai Luong Doan and in 1968 was sent to Romania to study directing. In 1972, he graduated from this school.

People's Artist Huynh Nga has two wives. After divorcing his first wife, he married his current wife, Mrs. Nguyet, an actress of the Police troupe. After marrying director Huynh Nga, Ms. Nguyet retired to be a housewife and take care of the family.
For many years now, a family of 13 members (including an artist and his wife, three sons and five grandchildren) have lived in a collective apartment of more than 60 square meters. That's why, director Huynh Nga shared: "My last wish is to convert this apartment I live in so that my children and grandchildren can have a real roof."
