Young / Before famous

In 1971, he attended Viet Bac Pedagogical University.
From 1972 - 1975, he joined the army as a medical doctor and fought in the Central Highlands battlefield.
In 1976, he changed majors and continued to study at Viet Bac Pedagogical University, then taught at Yen Bai Pedagogical College.
In 1982, he held the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Hoang Lien Son.
From 1992-1994, he was the chief expert of Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee office.
From 1994 to now, he has been the Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports. Branch President of Yen Bai Ethnic Minority Arts Association. Branch President of Yen Bai Dong Dong Association.
