Poet Pham Ho (pen name Ho Huy), born in Thanh Liem commune (now Nhon An commune), An Nhon town, Binh province Determine.
He is a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam; Member of the Vietnam Writers' Association in 1957.
He wrote, wrote poetry, wrote plays and painted pictures. Prominent in his compositions are for children; Many works have been taught in high schools.

- Pham Ho comes from a Confucian family, attended elementary school in Quy Nhon, attended high school in Hue, passed the Citadel exam in Quy Nhon in 1943.
- After During the August Revolution, he worked to propagate the culture of national salvation in Quy Nhon city.
- During the war against the French, he was a member of the Executive Committee of Inter-regional Painting V.
- In 1950, he went to Viet Bac to study Arts and Culture. center.
- After 1954, he gathered to the North, participated in the founding of the Northern Writers Association (1957) and was also one of the first people to form Kim Dong Publishing House. After three years working here, he moved to Literature Publishing House and then back to Van Nghe newspaper.
- He used to hold the position of First Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Van Nghe Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Association's External Relations Department. Writer, Chairman of Children's Literature Council of Vietnam Writers Association.
