Who is Composer Le Mong Nguyen?
Le Mong Nguyen is a famous musician, poet, Professor - Doctor of Law and Political Science, member of the French Academy of Sciences Overseas. Le Mong Nguyen also used other pseudonyms such as Yen Ha or Lan Dao.

As a child, Le Mong Nguyen attended a village school. Then went to primary school at the École Primaire Chaigneau in Hue. In the entrance exam to Khai Dinh High School, Le Mong Nguyen was one of the top three who passed the exam and was granted a scholarship by the Government.
From a young age, Le Mong Nguyen loved poetry and enjoyed composing poetry. At the age of 9, Le Mong Nguyen wrote a poem that was published in the internal journal of Khai Dinh High School under the pseudonym Yen Ha.
At the age of 15, in a high school student literature competition, he won the Bao Dai Emperor Award for an article about Phan Dinh Phung.

In 1962, he obtained his National Doctorate (Doctorat d'État) with three master's degrees in Droit public, Droit privé and Sciences Politiques. After stopping practicing law.
